Yoga is a science of health
I have always loved any form of movement. As a Dance and Hatha Yoga teacher I feel passionate about the fact that you should keep moving. The heart pumps and allows blood to circulate through the body making sure that the cells receive oxygen and nutrients. The toxins release via the lymphatic system, but this system has no pump. The lymph is only stimulated through a nutritious diet and movement. I love to compare the body and all its intricate systems with that of a river.
