I have always loved any form of movement. As a Dance and Hatha Yoga teacher I feel passionate about the fact that you should keep moving. The heart pumps and allows blood to circulate through the body making sure that the cells receive oxygen and nutrients. The toxins release via the lymphatic system, but this system has no pump. Spring is a time for renewal, rebirth and regrowth. I am an avid believer that spring is the best time to detox your mind and your body! Here are a few suggestions…- Surround yourself with the things you love. Discard the rest. This includes distancing yourself from toxic people.
